Can I park a motor home or trailer in the grass?

Parking on the grass is prohibited in Warr Acres. In addition municipal ordinance limits what types of vehicles can be parked in the residential areas. Vehicles with three or more axles and commercial vehicles are prohibited in residential areas.  For detailed ordinance visit the municipal code.

What is the 2019 G.O. Bond Issue?

Is an EMSA bill covered by the EMS subsidy?

The City of Warr Acres has contracted with Samaritan EMS to provide ambulance service within the city.  Most residents of Warr Acres have coverage through the Samaritan CareNet program which provides assistance in paying their ambulance bill.  If a resident is outside of Warr Acres and transported by another ambulance service the CareNet program does not apply … Continued

When is my court date?

If you have been issued a ticket by one of our officers the court date is printed on the ticket.  If you are unable to locate your copy, or have court for another reason please contact the Court Clerk.

The city is broken down geographically into four wards. How do I reserve a park facility?

The city park facilities are on a first come-first served bases. If you wish to use the pavilions arrive early so you can stake your claim.  Cherokee Hills Park has restrooms and electricity available, but you must contact City Hall at 405-789-2892 to make arrangements for the keys to these facilities.

Who do I call about police-related non-emergencies?

The Warr Acres Police Department handles all emergency and non-emergency calls.   You can reach the Police Department at 405-789-3329 at any time of the day.  In case of emergency call 911 Tickets are handled by the Court Clerk who can be reached during office hours at 405-495-4032.

How do I get a copy of a police report?

The Police Department Records Division handles providing copies of police reports as well as requests for photo and video images.  Records may be requested by fax at 405-495-1951, by mail to the Police Department address or in person.
