The Police Department Records Division handles providing copies of police reports as well as requests for photo and video images. Records may be requested by fax at 405-495-1951, by mail to the Police Department address or in person. When requesting a police report please include any information that will assist the records clerk in locating your specific incident. Helpful information could include the incident or case number, the name of a person involved, the address of the incident and date that the incident occurred.
Contact the records division to inquire about fees for records requests as well as information that may be required to be redacted from a report based on state and/or federal laws.
