Lillie Sloan Memorial Park (Grandma’s Park)

Lilly Sloan Memorial Park (Grandma’s Park) is located in the 5900 block of NW 40th Street.  It has large play areas, a medium size pavilion with grill and grassy areas for gathering.  There is limited 2 hour street only parking at this location.  Features include playground equipment with sand base, swings, slide, benches and picnic tables.

This park was dedicated by Mayor Jessie Simmons in 1992 to long time area resident Lillie Sloan because of her dedication to family and community.

• All parks are closed between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00 am.
• No tobacco or alcoholic beverages are allowed on park property
• Trash receptacles are placed at each park for users to dispose of their refuse
• All parks are located in close proximity to outdoor tornado warning sirens
