Streets Department

The streets department is responsible for not just the roads within Warr Acres, but also several other important areas;

• Drainage ditches, above and blow storm trains
• School zone lights and signs
• Traffic signals
• Traffic signs and roadway markings
• Snow and ice removal
• Mowing and maintenance on city right of ways and medians

With two major highways running through Warr Acres (State Highway 3 and Route 66) our traffic count often reaches 135,000 per day.
