How do I dispute a ticket?

Tickets issued for Warr Acres Municipal Court are each assigned an arraignment date. Arraignments are scheduled for the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6pm unless there is a schedule conflict.

The arraignment date serves two purposes;

It serves as a due date for when you can pay your fine amount if you do not wish to appear in court.

OR

You can appear on this date and time to enter a plea before the judge. If you wish to dispute the ticket you would enter a plea of "not guilty" and the judge will assign a date for you to return for the case to be heard.
